Clemons wants to go on legally

OK - It is safe to assume that Governor Patrick has contacted the White
House. If in turn the White Sox calls the FCC......

It is all political now - if the White House calls the US Attorney and
tells them to drop the case and return everything to Clemons, what can the
FCC do?
