How much did Greater get from Nassau for 99.5 and the WCRB
intellectual property/goodwill?  That would help establish what the
actual "stick value" of 102.5 was thought to be at the time.  (Since
Greater Media is a private company, there's no easy way to find out at
what value they currently carry 102.5 on their books.)
