Testing new mailing-list server

Over the course of the past nine months, I've been moving the
BostonRadio.org services over to a new server.  The last service
to move is the mailing lists.  With any luck, this will be the
first message to pass through boston-radio-interest on the new
server.  There is, however, no need to reply.
