There are some who blame Obama for everything including why their train 
was late this morning.  But there's no evidence he instructed the FCC to 
do anything about Touch 106-- wasn't it on the air before he took 
office?  That said, I had heard it was actually Mayor Menino who wanted 
Touch left alone.
