Channel 21 Concord NH down to 2 subchannel while Channel 68 is up to 4

It was quite noticeable here in Cleveland, where This TV's contract on
WUAB/43.2 was allowed to run out...and it landed on WBNX/55.3.

On Time Warner Cable, the carriage went with the parent station, and Bounce
TV showed up on TWC on This TV's former channel the day it debuted on-air.
Meanwhile, TWC says it has "no plans" to bring back This TV via its new
perch on WBNX/55.3...
