WXKS-FM (KISS 108) GETS CAUGHT LYING TO AUDIENCE

If radio stations were fined every time they lied to listeners, I guess they
would not be able to do the fake prank phone calls that they do on Jamn
94.5, Hot 96.9, etc. These prank calls these days are all done by actors,
either at a national programming service or locally at the station with
behind the scenes personnel, etc, every since the FCC made it a requirement
to tell callers when they are on the air.

No way they will be fined for this.
