I had them reset my password this past week (because that verification routine didn't work), after months of not going on.   I needed to ask a tech question on a forum. I know some people complain about moderatored boards, but sometimes you need some controls, and Radio-Discussions had none.  The Connecticut forum got so bad, I was embarrassed to post.
