Hannity got the "great American" line from Bill Cunningham, who I believe is still doing a show for Premiere on Sun nights plus a TV show. "You're a great American, give me a full report." Hannity also refers to Mark Levin (Howie will be filling in for Levin one day next week) as "The Great One"...I think that was Jackie Gleason's nickname too.
