There is no must carry for subchannels. They usually end up getting cable
carriage as a result of a retransmission deal with the parent station.

Here in Cleveland, Time Warner Cable dropped This TV as soon as WUAB/43
dropped it, and This TV never came back when WBNX/55 picked it up for 55.3.
Instead, TWC added Bounce TV, which replaced This TV on 43.2...
