WLLH transmitters running out of synch

The 1400 signal is usually quite listenable here (Arlington Heights) during 
the daytime on a fairly sensitive AM receiver. Yesterday, I noticed that 
there was a big-time beat-frequency signal (~1 Hz) that made the audio 
essentially unlistenable. As of a few hours ago (after noon on Sunday 
7/15/2012), the situation had not been corrected. Maybe nobody at the 
station knows or gives a damn, but they need to fix whatever has made the 
synchronization stop working.
