WEEI-FM transmitting in Mono

WDEV (96.1 Warren) has been in mono, even after its increase a few years ago. I always suspected that was an intentional effort to maximize coverage and given its predominantly news, talk, sports product. They have some great jazz in evenings that would do well in stereo but otherwise it makes sense.
