Any ETA when CKGM moves to 690?

Yes and yes. Bell's goal is twofold: put a lot of signal into the West 
Island area where Montreal's remaining anglos live, and do it cheaply.

All of the 690 proposals called for two-tower directionals. The 
Tietolman-Tetrault-Pancholy app for talk would have used two new towers 
at the CJMS 1040 site (which is the old CKGM 980 site); Cogeco would 
have used the CINF site.
