FW: RIP - Dave Maynard

I would to try and find excuses to skip church so I could listen to his
countdown shows too.  ISTR that Carl deSuze was always pre-recorded on
Sundays so the newscaster (Don Batting was one) would do the weather at
9:30, Dave would always do some sort of hand-off with him.

For some reason he never got the name of the band that did "96 Tears"
right, calling them 7 Question Mark Mysterians.
