A mostly satellite sports format on that signal probably would work. One of the major colleges is always looking for a place to air its football/basketball/hockey games. 1200 is a lot better option, signal-wise, than some of those networks have currently. If CC ran it mostly off the bird and brokered out time for whatever college sports (UMass/Harvard/BC/BU/Northeastern), they may do OK.
