Outside of outright buying it, WRKO Should purchase/lease time on WCRN from 
3PM onward until the next morning.

Daytime the signal is fine...it's after sunset the signal suffers...and WCRN 
fills in that gap nicely.

With Howie and the evening hours simulcast, there is complete coverage.

At least that's the way I see it.  Problem solved.

I'm not sure WCRN makes any money after Howie Carr's show anyway....
