Well, the parking lot at the 99 Revere Beach Parkway location does 
double duty. Beneath the asphalt lies most of the 1430/1090 ground 
system. A restaurant can't get much closer to an AM transmitter than 
that. OTOH, I guess the Top of the Hub is even clser than that to a 
large number of FM transmitters;>)
