WBACH now on 99.1 FM in Greater Concord NH

I thought Great Eastern (WTPL-The Pulse) had a P&S to buy 99.1????

Also...does this mean 101.5 Meredith (WWHQ) is going go back on air with 
SOMETHING? It has been silent the same period of time as 99.1/Henniker 
(WNNH).

Factoid......the "369" office code is used for BOTH Concord NH (603) AND 
Concord MA (978)......FWIW
