WBIX 1060 running Rosary

It was reported on radio-info that WBIX 1060 was off air earlier today. Just now I was on 128 in
Danvers and they were coming in, running a recording of the Rosary. Occasionally it sounded
like the signal was being tweaked.

Originally WQOM 1060 was to debut on 11/1 but it sounds like they're in control a month and a half
before that announced date.
