WXKS HD3? hopefully!

Is WXKS 1200 in HD?  Ibiquity lists them as being in HD (still as WKOX) but
I don't think they actually are yet.

I believe CC management has resisted requests to put WTAG on a WSRS
subchannel.
I wonder if they would be more receptive to the WXKS/WXKS FM idea.
