Absolutely. Then the CBC created the fiction that CFRB (which, since
its move to 1010, has always received a lot of skywave intereference
from WINS) was a Class IB (now Class A), albeit with no protection to
its skywave service. I wonder what CFRB's NIF is. My guess is that
it's in the high single digits.
