Not quite as fierce as George Lucas' idea of "aggressive negotiations", i.e., with a blaster (from Star Wars Ep. 2).

These things ALWAYS get settled, eventually.  Telling the viewers about it is simply adding a whole bunch of heat (and not much light) to the situation.
