750 South Street Studio (Maybe Towers?) To Be Vacated

Perhaps with the change in the economy, there was also a change in 
land-owner's attitude. I'll be right now, the office park owner would be pleased to 
have thousands a month coming in from the towers as opposed to managing (and 
possibly having to pay for) having them taken down.
