I think the further you are removed from the station, the easier it is to be 
disconnected as to what is appropriate, and what is not.

If you spend your life in a gated compound.....in toney 
Manchester-by-the-sea....it's easy to be in your own little world.  Being at 
the studio...and in Boston, forces some interaction...not just with the 
station, but with people on the street....and, say, the very nice mexican 
cleaning lady.  You might just find out that she's not a leach, but a hard 
working woman trying to do the best for her family.
