Springfield channel 40

[Doug Drown]

Vane Jones's North American Radio & TV Station Listings for 1958 gives 
WHYN-TV as being on 40.  It was on 55 in 1956; I used to have a collection 
of TV Guides from that year (don't I wish I had 'em now!)
