   Didn't WVNY (Ch.22), the ABC affiliate in Burlington VT drop all 
newscasts some years back? If they did, they probably wouldn't have a staff 
to man a newsroom, unless they  provide local updates for "Good Morning 
America", and then they'd probably get by with just a handful of people.
