Portable Digital TVs?

I'm used a Hauppauge WinTV HVT-850 usb digital tuner on my laptop. The setup with the little telescoping antenna works quite well, OUTDOORS. In doors connected to an outdoor antenna it works just as well as any of the digital converer boxes I have.  Pretty good for $49 on sale.
