What stations still might change Feb 17 anyways.

Questions - How long will it take before stations will decide to
abandon their former channel numbers or will they not need to? It's just
a matter of time when the generations who recall "the old analog days"
will be, alas, proverbial pigs through the python.

Who decides what a new station may use as an alias dial position (or
whatever it's called)? Can a digital station on, say 32, call itself "6"?
