What stations still might change Feb 17 anyways.

I'm wondering which channels may go ahead with plans to switch to DTV and shut off analog on February 17, in spite of the extension.
 
WMUR TV channel 9 Manchester NH has announced that they are waiting until June to do the switchover
 
Will some stations switch over after February but before June at their leisure?
