WCVB's Dick Albert Retiring

  WCVB Co-chief meteorologist Dick Albert has announced he is retiring on 
Feb. 26th, after 31 years with Channel 5. Harvey Leonard will drop the "co" 
from his title and will be the Chief meteorologist after Albert's departure 
from 5 TV Place in Needham.
