Boston PPMs are NOT embargoed.  They are what's known as "pre-currency"...IOW, not for public release until the time when the Winter book under the diary system would have been released.  At that time the 6+ numbers will be routinely released to the public, just as the 12+ numbers were under the diary system.  AFAIK Arbitron is using this procedure in all PPM markets, as they are moved over from diaries.
