The Herald reports that Chuck Turner plead his case on a Boston radio station's morning show
but it wasn't a legal outlet. Touch FM 106.1 had the embattled Boston city councillor on--not the
first time he's appeared on the station which owes $17,000 to the federal government. Owner
Charles Clemons says he won't pay his fine because "it's an admission of guilt" and said
that the incoming President supports a "Local Community Radio Act" that would allow more
low powered stations to be on.
