BTW, why WAS WPTZ licensed to North Pole, New York??  A publicity gimmick?
---And--- If they wished, could WPTZ, WCAX and WVNY include Montreal in
their station ID's?  (I'm thinking of WGME in Portland, which often ID's
itself as Portland/Lewiston --- but obviously Lewiston is still in Maine,
and in the U.S.)
