You forgot one: it must mention the name of the community of license
"hourly, as close to the hour as feasible, at a natural break in
program offerings". (Thus allowing far too many GMs and PDs to
demonstrate their complete inability to comprehend simple instructions
written in plain English words of nine letters or fewer. You know who
I'm talking about.)
