Nope! Not me. It was someone else in this string (not sure either).  I 
have never been dubious about the existence of RCOs.

(Okay, Vermont doesn't have "blocks" but...)  Being a volunteer EMT in 
Vermont means you're 24/7/365 and 'amateur night' tends to be chock full
