The reporting on the results the Wilmington, NC "test" of the early DTV
switchover indicated the biggest problem people seemed to have was
adjusting expectations of what was a viable antenna setup and what
wasn't; a lot of folks just couldn't get their converter box to work and
the reasons seemed evenly split between people who had mediocre analog
reception before that wasn't enough signal to work with a converter box,
and people who just couldn't get the TV to work with the converter box
(usually more the fault of poorly-designed UI's on TV than on the
converter box itself).
