WFXT-DT power increase?

It does appear to be stronger but how much can they boost it without
causing havoc with WTIC-DT which is also on 31.

While I did get a faint signal on WFXT analog last week I no longer
can and I wonder if WFXT has moved to the DT allocation that they were
supposed to move to in February.
