There is a great piece of archived audio on this very topic. It's Jerry 
Williams on the phone with Ted Kennedy. You can get to it at 
www.jerrywilliams.org.  It's under WRKO in 1990.  Runs about 13 
minutes.  Worth a listen for a variety of reasons.
