I remember that after both
WSSH and WLLH were sold by Mr. Lerner, the records from those stations
that remained at the 4 Broadway location were sold as part of a
"removal" contract, when the station exited the building.

I think the "company" (two guys, IIRC) paid $500 for the
salvage rights to all property in the building - including the record
library.

I, however, had negotiated for the Coca Cola
machine.
