I was actually on Candlepins for Cash in 1977

The show was taped on Sunday afternoon in the Channel 7 basement.

I was to be on the Friday show and when the sliding door opened for me to
meet Gamere ( who I knew anyways ) I almost fell over from the booze on his
breath.

Anyhow I threw the ball down the middle of the alley and knocked down 2 pins
( winding up with $7)

Got the check 3 days later
