I was down by that tower in Bourne today, and it looks like there is a
directional beam antenna up there now that wasn't there a few weeks ago. The
database says the CP expires on November 9th though... and they definitely
were not on the air. They'll probably get away with it though, whenever they
decide to turn it on...
