ABC HDTV audio out of sync

Was anyone watching the Busch Series race on ABC High
Definition Saturday afternoon at about 5:20 PM?  The
audio was way out of sync - about 4 seconds behind the
video on the commercial breaks, and during the actual
race segments about 1 second behind the video.  Would
this have occurred at the network end, or at the local
affiliate?
