What City Is This?

...displays the skyline of a city somewhere that is defintely NOT
Boston.  Isn't it wonderful to have so much absentee ownership that
when one of them designs the website of their listener-challenged outlet they
can't even bother to find a picture of the City of License?
Does anybody know what city this actually is?
