Herald: Music fee hikes could scuttle WJIB

Actually it was channel 7 (still think of 4 as NBC).  I've got the Comcast
DVR set to record the replay of the Tonight Show.  They run the infomercial
5 minutes into the show and pick up Leno in mid monologue.  Really tacky.
