The owner, who made bail, was told "as long as it wasn't a commercial
business and his antenna wasn't over 50 feet … that it was legal."
Supposedly the antenna was even taller than 50 feet, though. A
complaint was made that it

was interfering with a legit station 1 MHz away. Note that Choice FM
is only 0.4 MHz away from GM's WKLB and CBS's WODS...
