Someone called WBZ radio tonight and said IEDs have four parts: power, switch, low density
explosive, and high density explosive (something like that). These devices had the first
two, at least. Supposedly one of the devices looked very convincing. 

WBZ mentioned a second arrest about 12:30 am tonight. The first was a 27 year old
art student (exchange student from Belarus living in Arlington) while the second was a 28 year old
from Charlestown
