Lowell Sun Chairman Of The Board's Column Mentions WCAP Sale

  Kendall Wallace, Chairman of the Board of the Lowell Sun, has a weekly 
"Saturday Chat" column, where he gives his opinion on local, national or 
world stories and events. In the first portion of today's column, he 
mentions that the sale of WCAP could be officially announced as early as 
Monday. He also wished the best to Maurice Cohen in his retirement years and
