Sandab moves an Ocean and a Rocket

Either they or WMVY or both have had a Sunday morning smooth jazz show on in the past.
In fact I just went to the WQRC site and found:

--Sunday Jazz Brunch with Janet Birchfield
Airs from 9am to 1pm on Sundays - exclusively on WQRC 99.9 FM
...an eclectic mix of traditional jazz and new jazz....
