Common thing these days...back then, billboards were actually painted
onto the boards in sections and put up in sequence.  Today, they
stretch vinyl coating over the boards.  When the vinyl is removed,
many times the last thing that was painted on the board becomes
visible.  WSSH was still going with this logo until Granum sold it in
1996.
