Shopping.yahoo.com shows car-stereo models from Panasonic, Alpine,  
and JVC.  Eclipse makes an HD tuner that you can add on to specific  
Eclipse branded systems.   The cheapest price is $320 for the  
Panasonic, the highest is the Alpine for $1300.
