Pittsburgh's Arts and Culture station really IS an Arts and
Culture station, unlike Boston's WGBH-FM...and intends to become
even more so.  By going against the NPR-as-news-and-talk-only grain,
WQED is actually INCREASING the amount of music on its outlet.
